A customer can request for cancellation 3 business days before the date of commencement of the service. Any Request received after the end of the current service period will not be considered as valid.

Refund Policy:

All services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If company fails to deliver the service due to any technical / unavoidable issues company will transfer the service to  a convenient slot.
