Neurobics is to the Brain as Physical Exercise is to the Body.

Just as doing a variety of physical exercise helps to strengthen the body, similarly, different kinds of mental activities are designed to stimulate the brain & help prevent memory loss.

What happens when you exercise your brain?

Exercising the brain helps to -

1. Improve Cognitive functioning & abilities in young & older adults

2. Improve memory

3. Enhance Executive functioning (Management skills)

4. Increase speed

5. Enhance Brain's performance

6. Prevent Dementia & Alzheimer 

Children & adult's non-routine activities and thoughts produce more chemicals of the neuro-biological system of body that encourage the growth of new dendrites & neurons in the brain and therefore, stimulates the brain
