Neurobics is to the Brain as Physical Exercise is to the Body.

Just as doing a variety of physical exercise helps to strengthen the body, similarly, different kinds of mental activities are designed to stimulate the brain & help enhance it's functionalities.

What happens when you exercise your brain?
